Audio Transcription
     This service includes transcription of hearings, trials, depositions, arbitrations, 341 meetings, and other legal proceedings.

Expedited Transcripts
     Normal turn around rate for a transcript is between two weeks and 30 days.  Expedited rates and turn around is available. 

Condensed Transcript 
     Condensed transcripts are available with every transcript by request and at no additional cost. 

Electronic Read and Sign
     Allows deponents to electronically receive their deposition.  This feature saves time and expenses by eliminating the need for shipping and handling.  Deponents will sign errata sheet and email or mail back to the court reporter. 

Zoom Depositions

     We will be happy to you host your Zoom deposition.  Signature Court Reporting will create your Zoom link and send you the invitation for all recipients to be able to attend.  If needed, we can walk you through what we have found to be the best practices for handling exhibits.  And the Zoom video is included at no charge with the purchase of a transcript. ​

Videographer Services
     Signature Court Reporting will be happy to arrange your videographer for you.  

Credit and Debit Card Payments
    Payments may be made using a debit or credit card at the job site, over the phone, through paper billing, or online at our website (pay online tab).
